I, the undersigned, do hereby consent and agree to the following as a student or graduate of World Coach Institute (hereafter referred to as “I” or “Student” in this agreement)…

CONTENT
I understand that through the coach training course in which I have enrolled I will be learning about coaching application, coaching skills, coaching tools, and how to become a successful coach. 

DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY
I hereby give WCI permission to collect my enrollment payment and my monthly payments with the credit card I provided at enrollment.

I hereby give WCI and its payment processing partner permission to process and store payment information necessary for recurring payment plans.

I hereby give WCI permission to share my contact information with its collections agency partner when my account is past due or in default.

I understand I will receive additional World Coach Institute news and updates via email and can opt-out at any time.

I understand that phone numbers dialing into class and phone numbers dialing in to listen to class playbacks will be tracked. All recordings will be erased after 60 days.

Please unblock blocked phone numbers for class tracking purposes or you will not be counted in attendance.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE
I agree to honor the Intellectual Property Notice found within all WCI materials and coach tools.

WCI thinking and application, coaching models, text book content, coach tools, and all course material and concepts are the intellectual property of World Coach Institute, Inc.

To set this up you would just email director@worldcoachinstitute.com to obtain a co-publishing partnership agreement.

PAYMENTS

1. If I have signed up for a payment plan I understand that I am responsible for monthly payments, that payments are due every 30 days, and payments will begin immediately with the first payment being collected on my enrollment date. I will take the responsibility to make sure funds are always available every 30 days.
2. If for some reason I need to change my credit card information or address I will proactively let WCI know in advance of the next payment date by emailing payments@worldcoachinstitute.com or going to http://worldcoachinstitute.homestead.com/ChangeInfomation.html
3. If I miss one payment with no communication with the payments department then my course will be put on hold until I contact payments@worldcoachinstitute.com and make alternative payment arrangements. I will also be contacted by WCI’s payments management partner.
4. If after 30 days I have not replied WCI’s attempts to reactivate or cancel my account by reaching out to me by phone, email, and mail then my account will be turned over to WCI’s collections partner.
5. If after 60 days I have not replied to the attempts to reactivate or cancel my account from WCI’s collections partner then my credit will be affected. At this stage my course becomes null and void and I lose any payments made to date. Once my account is in collections WCI cannot reverse this status and I will have to contact the collections agency directly to resolve my outstanding debt.
6. I understand that if I default on my payment plan that I may not continue to use any WCI materials, Graduate Logos & Seals, or proof of certification such as my certificate. If I do so, as part of the industry code of ethics, WCI is subject to report anyone who is in violation to the certifying bodies for investigation.

COURSE CANCELLATION FEE
In the event that a student cancels his or her course, the enrollment becomes null and void meaning that the materials can no longer be utilized and no certification will be valid. If one is found to be using the materials or certification WCI is subject to report that student to the certifying bodies for investigation, as part of the industry code of ethics.

Please find the cancellation fees below for each scenario.

The following fees cannot be negotiated. Cancellation fees can be paid in the form of a payment plan.

FOUNDATIONAL TELECLASS OR CCMC TELECLASS

TELECLASS CANCELLATION BY WCI DUE TO INSTRUCTOR AVAILS
Where a class is cancelled by WCI (unlikely!) I have the option to move to another class or receive a full refund for payments made.

FOUNDATIONAL SELF-STUDY COURSE CANCELLATION

Self-study courses if cancelled must be cancelled within six months of the enrollment date.

CANCELLATION AFTER RECEIPT OF STUDENT CENTER LOG-IN Fee is to cover access to materials and administrative fees.

In the event that a student needs to downgrade from a Foundational Teleclass to the Foundational Self-Study Course the following fees will apply:

NICHE ADD-ON COURSE REFUND POLICY
Niche Add-on’s may be switched until the point where access is given to the materials via the Niche Password. Once passwords are emailed out Niche Add-on’s cannot under any circumstances be switched, cancelled or refunded.

DISRUPTION POLICY
Disruptions will not be tolerated and will be addressed on a case by case basis. If you as a student are experiencing intolerable disruption please email your instructor and cc your Training Director with the details of the disruption. Please do not disrupt class time further with these details. The instructor will be well aware anyway and will be handling this both inside and outside of class in the most appropriate way possible.

Any student making disrespectful comments about another student to the instructor or directly to another student during class will receive a warning from the instructor in that moment during class.

If a student proceeds with this behavior a second time he/she will be asked to leave class and listen to the playback.

Where a student is continuously disrespectful or disruptive he/she will be asked to leave the course. He/she will have the option to downgrade to and complete the self-study course through which certification will be available.

CONFIDENTIALITY & CLASS RECORDINGS
Please remember that every teleclass is the copyrighted intellectual property of WCI.  As such, do not share the telephone number or pass code with anyone who is not enrolled in the course. Likewise, no one has permission to record the call either. Instead, we record every teleclass and make it available for you to listen to outside of class. All call logs are audited. Please call in from a quiet and private space. Once again, as part of the industry code of ethics we are subject to report anyone who is in violation of WCI copyrights and intellectual property to the certifying bodies for investigation.

CALL FEES
I understand I am responsible for the long distance calls when I connect onto a teleclass conference line. 

CONFIDENTIALITY
I understand that what we discuss during class and what I choose to discuss during my in-class coaching sessions is completely confidential unless I indicate in any way that I would harm myself or others.

TELECLASS ATTENDANCE
I understand that in order to receive full credit for a teleclass course I must attend 13 of 16 classes and be fully present for the entire class.

In certain cases tardiness may be counted toward my absences. Certifications are based on hours of instruction so I understand that tardiness will affect my attendance record. If I miss large amounts of class time consistently, the Training Director will determine how it will affect my attendance record. 

In the event that I miss the allowable absences I will inform my Training Director in advance of class. I will not miss classes where I am scheduled to coach or be coached as I am provided adequate opportunity to input into the practicum schedule in advance.

I will also be required to listen to the playback and complete the Class Recap Form and submit it to teleclass_assignments@worldcoachinstitute.com along with my Assignments and Final Exam at the end of the course. I must submit one Class Recap Form for each class missed.

COACHING PRACTICE
I understand that my instructor/mentor does not control the direction of my studies, career, and/or my life and that I am fully responsible for my life and my life decisions.

I understand that coaching is NOT A FORM OF THERAPY although coaching may be used in conjunction with therapy.

I understand that my instructor/mentor is not a doctor or therapist and is not able to give therapy or medical (mental or physical) advice from a therapeutic or medical point. 

OWNERSHIP
When I participate in a WCI teleclass I will be entering an area where audio recording may occur. By entering the teleclass I consent to audio recording, and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, publication, sale or any other purpose by WCI and its affiliates or representatives. I release WCI, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of sound recordings. By entering the teleclass, I waive all rights I may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication or sale of these materials. I also waive any right to inspect or approve any audio recording by WCI or the person or entity designated to do so. In all cases my name will be replaced to protect confidentiality.

I understand that I will not own and therefore will not give away any program materials unless the permissions in the materials state otherwise or I have authorization to do so. 

LICENSE
I understand that if I choose to use WCI Coaching Tools with my clients I agree that these materials are the sole property of World Coach Institute and are protected by copyright laws and I acknowledge the purpose for which these tools are intended.

I agree that if I breach any of the conditions set forth in this license then this license is automatically terminated. I do so entirely at my own risk. I understand that I am appropriately qualified or informed to use WCI products.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I release World Coach Institute, Inc., its officers, employees and independent contractors, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with coach training education through WCI including but not limited to the course content, instruction, school management and recording of classes.
