Teleclass Coach Certifications

At WCI we offer a variety of Foundational Teleclass Courses which all contain 48 hours of ICF approved "live" training. Teleclasses are held over the phone and last three hours. They consist of lecture, discussion, in-class coaching practicum, and business development mentoring. There are parts of each call where you will be able to mute your phone if you wish. The classes are 3 hours in length to ensure you have accumulated 48 ICF coach training credit hours by the time the 8 weeks is up.

Once you register you will receive a Student Manual, Student Vision Worksheet, Student Agreement and Student Center log-in right away so you can begin reviewing many of the materials and downloading WCI Coach Tools and Client Forms before the class start date. You will then receive a welcome email with your first set of course materials one week prior to the start date.

We have limited seating in each class and highly recommend that you register at least 4 weeks in advance.

Why Teleclass Training?

The main format for instruction for coach training schools is via teleclass for some very good reasons:

• 95 percent of coaching is conducted by phone 

• Coaching over the phone allows the clients to go deeper more quickly as it removes the wall of face-to-face meetings

• If you can learn to coach over the phone through our practicum work and buddy coaching, you can easily then coach in-person

• If you learn to coach over the phone your potential clientele extends to the world

• You connect with and practice coaching with students from many different places, educational and professional backgrounds and walks of life which enhances your ability to coach a greater variety of clientele
